Fernando de Noronha, Brazil (February 11, 2009):

Day 3 of the 2009 Hang Loose Pro went down today on the island of Fernando de Noronha, Brazil. The Brazilians put on a show today with defending champion Raoni Monteiro posting an 18.67 heat score in advancing to the Round of 24. Victor Ribas posted the second best score of they day with an 18.00.
