Michigan was named Ski magazine’s Top Ski Destination in the Midwest, and while that type of recognition brings more cheer from the skiers section than the boarders, it gives boarders the promise of well-groomed runs, excellent snow conditions, and a little friendly competition in the parks! Michigan snow resorts have been quick to assimilate to snowboarders with nearly all downhill snow areas operating at least one terrain park and progressively expanding their line up of jumps, jibs, rails, and pipes.
