General Overview
Like many beaches located near French river mouths La Salie shares certain characteristics; west swells, shifting sand bars, occasionally good waves, sometimes crowds and constant rampant pollution. Throw in some off-shore winds and if you don't mind growing gills you might want to give this pounding shore break a try. Works best on smaller swells and tends to close out with bigger waves. Make sure you’re in good shape as there are some very strong currents and rip tides. Bon appétit. Secret Spot Policy
