General Overview
Asilomar picks up swells from all directions and holds its shape well beyond overhead. A good spot for beginner's on small days, but beware with bigger more powerful swells when it can get epic. Asilomar consists of 3 primary peaks; Reef, Middles, and Roadsides. Reef is the southernmost peak and is a nice little left. Middles, as you would guess by its name is the peak in the middle of the beach, while Roadsides is a right at the north end. Prone to getting blown out and the site of another deadly shark attack.
